Message From Head of Academy,
Acupressure Upchaar Academy believes in creating awareness about Acupressure, reaching out to the mass and provide "Self Healing" mechanism at "affordable / no cost".
We believe that even if one person in a family gets knowledge of Acupressure, he/she will be able to treat himself /herself, his/her family as well as the society.
In order to reach out to the remotest place and to create "Self Earning" platform, AUA has partnered with "Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University" to offer Certificate and Diploma courses in Acupressure. Hoping that most of you will take the benefit of this.

Our Objective is to promote the "affordable / no cost" Acupressure therapy to the masses by the way of conducting
- Awareness programs in schools, institutes,
organizations, societies etc.
- Imparting training through a series of
basic and advanced level courses
- Promote alternate therapies by conducting
college/university courses
- Enlighten the health of every individual by
reaching out at all levels / places

Our History
Acupressure Upchaar Academy (AUA) is associated with Acupressure Shodh, Prashikshan Evam Upchaar Sansthan (ASPEUS), Allahabad.
AUA started its acitivities on 5th July 2012 with just one center at Pune. Since then there is no turning back, It has spread its wings not only in Pune but also in Nashik, Mumbai, Nagpur, Kolhapur etc.. In this short time period, more than 10,000 patients have been treated and more than 20 lecturers have been created.
In order to spread awareness about "Self-Help" Acupressure Therapy in the remotest places in Maharashtra and to create "Self Employment"; Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University (YCMOU) in partnership with AUA has been offering Certificate and Diploma courses in Acupressure since June 2015.
